Markus Wasmeier did an excellent career as ski racer. He won the world championship in the year 1985 at Bomio (giant slalom) and later in 1994 he won olympic gold twice in Lillehammer (giant slalom, super g)
After his carrer he founded a farm and wintersport museum in Schliersee.
This year we had the idea, to bring old phography into the historical village.
Markus Wasmeier blickt auf eine erfolgreiche Skikarriere zurück. Er gewann die Weltmeisterschaft im Riesenslalom 1985 in Bomio und zweimal Gold bei den Olympischen Spielen 1994 in Lillehammer, jeweils im Super-G und Riesenslalom.
Nach dem Ende seiner Karriere als Skirennfahrer gründete er das „Markus Wasmeier Bauernhof und Wintersportmuseum“ in Schliersee.
Dieses Jahr hatten wir die Idee, alte Fototechnick in das altbayerische Dorf zu bringen.
There was also a wedding at the museum. It is really a beautiful location! So it was a great honour for me to take a pictures of the couple.
An diesem Tag fand auch eine Hochzeit im Museum statt, es ist eine hervorragende Locatiaon für Feiern aller Art! und natürlich war es mir eine Ehre, ein Bild vom frisch vermählten Paar anzufertigen.
